Fatal Collision
The City Coroner (Mr. T.
E. Cleland) said at an in-
quest yesterday that Joseph
Victor Roy Chant 58, engine
driver, of Lonsdale street,
Woodville North, died in the
Royal Adelaide Hospital on
August 5 from massive cere-
bral injuries sustained when
his autocycle came into col-
lision with a bicycle in Tor-
rens road. Woodville Gar-
dens, on August 4. Mr. Cle-
land found that no person
other than Chant was re-
sponsible for the collision.
